WSET Level 2 Award in Wine

An internationally recognised intermediate qualification designed to build a solid and structured understanding of wine. You will explore key grape varieties, major wine regions and how climate and winemaking influence style and quality. Suitable for both dedicated enthusiasts and industry professionals.

WSET Level 3 Award in Wine

An advanced and analytical qualification for those seeking deeper expertise or a professional career in wine. The course focuses on detailed regional study, production methods and confident assessment using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting.

WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits

A structured introduction to the world’s major spirits categories. You will learn about raw materials, production techniques, maturation and the key factors that shape style and quality. Ideal for anyone looking to broaden their knowledge of spirits.

What is a WSET qualification?

A WSET qualification gives you a structured understanding of the world of wine and its production, styles and markets.

You will learn how to taste wine using WSET’s Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) – one of the most widely used tasting frameworks in the world – and develop the English wine vocabulary needed to communicate confidently with producers, professionals and international stakeholders.

WSET qualifications are divided into four levels. Each level builds on the previous one, allowing for progressive and cumulative learning.

Wine With Jimmy

Learn with expert support

At The Wine Hub, education goes beyond the classroom. Throughout your course, you are supported by experienced educators and clear pedagogical structure.

For selected programmes, students also receive access to Wine with Jimmy, an online learning platform with videos, practice quizzes and exam-focused guidance to support independent study.
